Jennifer Garner on Affleck’s Appetite, Violet’s Amateur Stylist

Actress and mom Jennifer Garner serves as covergirl for May’s issue of InStyle magazine, where she dishes on Ben’s insatiable appetite, things she’s learned from her mother and why sometimes her daughter Violet can miss the style mark.
“She taught me how to stretch a roasted chicken to make three meals,” Garner says of her mom, something the star has plenty of experience with now having just given birth to second daughter Seraphina Rose.

“Though Ben could eat an entire chicken in one sitting.”
While Garner may keep herself busy cooking for her husband, Affleck does his fair share in raising the kids, even if he's not very proficient in the girly department.
On daughter Violet, “Ben will do the school run. He dresses her and does her hair. It’s pretty funny. You can always tell when he has been at it. Just,two random barrettes hanging in there. It’s so sweet.”
