The paramedic involved in a hit-and-run accident involving Michael Jackson’s driver says he has a sore neck and may file a lawsuit over the incident, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Paramedic Jamin Mauro – whose ambulance was side-swiped by Jackson’s Cadillac Escalade outside Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles –is going to the hospital himself today to get his whiplash injuries checked-out.
Jackson was not in the SUV at the time of the incident, but as RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mauro says immediately after the impact, Jackson’s driver stepped out of the vehicle with an umbrella before walking to the hospital doors to meet the star. Mauro says he was taking pictures for his insurance company, when, about 30 seconds later, Jackson walked out of the medical building and jumped into the Escalade and it sped-off.

Mauro is furious that “The King Of Pop” showed no concern for his well-being, or his partner, and simply sped away from the scene as the paparazzi swarmed all around.
Worse still, Jackson’s driver didn’t even take the time to exchange insurance details with Mauro or take any responsibility for his part in the accident.
Beverly Hills Police are still investigating the incident that took place on Wednesday around 3:20pm.
