EXCLUSIVE: Gretchen Rossi -- She Got A Restraining Order Against This Man!

Oh, so this is what a non-romantic relationship looks like!
Gretchen Rossi, the dramatic center of The Real Housewives of Orange County says she never had a romantic relationship with Jay Photoglou and recently obtained a temporary restraining order against him.
But in this exclusive RadarOnline.com photo, Gretchen does not appear to be trying to restrain Jay!
Taken at LAX nightclub in Las Vegas, Gretchen and Jay hardly seem like court opponents. The photo was snapped in February, 2008 as they celebrated Jay’s birthday and spent time together at the Hard Rock Hotel. At the time Gretchen was engaged to Jeff Beitzel, who was back in Orange County.
Beitzel is now deceased. Gretchen claimed in court last month that Jay threatened to kill her, her dogs, her new boyfriend and then kill himself in her home.
Gosh, they seemed so happy here!
