Tony award winning actor Alan Cumming –himself a brillant performer on stage — tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that he was “disappointed” when he saw Britney Spears in concert in Los Angeles this weekend.

In a very candid interview, Cumming told us:  “I love Britney.. I didn’t think she wanted to be there…That’s the sad thing about her life right now… It felt like someone doing what they were told to do.. I found it quite sad.”

Cumming spoke with RadarOnline.com on the red carpet at Sunday night’s L.A. opening of the musical Back to Bacharach and David.
