Somehow she always gets in the headlines. On Friday, Lindsay Lohan found herself in another storm of scrutiny after an arrest warrant was issued for her in regards to a 2007  DUI conviction. Her lawyer maintains that the actress has complied with all the terms of her probation.

"We are not actively looking for Ms. Lohan at this time," Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said at a Saturday press conference. "We are not anticipating her surrender this weekend. But if she comes in contact with police, she's subject to arrest."

Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley countered: "Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week." Lohan is expected to attend a Monday hearing in Beverly Hills.

Despite the legal drama, Lohan managed to have quite the eventful weekend. Lohan looked upbeat on Friday night as she dined with friends at the Chateau Marmont. Around 2 a.m. however, the evening took an odd turn when she stopped by Jack Nicholson’s house demanding to be allowed in. After a couple of hours at Nicholson’s home, Lohan’s bodyguard took her to girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s house though Ronson did not return until 11:30 am. Later that day, police arrived at the home after neighbors heard a disturbance occurring, including the sound of breaking glass.
