Lindsay Lohan is ditching her luxury Manhattan condo.

The 40th floor, West 42nd Street apartment has over $100,000 in Lindsay refurbishments.

Complete with photos of Lindsay posing all over the place, the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space features “floor-to-ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of the Statue of Liberty, stone countertops and an open chef’s kitchen, among other amenities,” reports MSNBC.

Lohan hopes to get $1.2 million for the property.
