Kate Moss: The Tale Of Two Cities, Reality of Two Malfunctions

Nip-slip queen Kate Moss was in Paris yesterday afternoon for the "Exposition of Andy Warhol" covered up in a black ensemble.  Returning to London last night, Moss performed an outfit switcheroo before hitting up Philip Green's birthday bash at Annabel's in London.  Keeping the same jacket, the supermodel ditched her top and pants for a more revealing cleavage and skirt look.

In true Kate Moss fashion, while leaving the club, she had not one but two wardrobe malfunctions.  With Brit and Linds covering up, someone's gotta slip!

And that, my friends, is why fashionista's use double sided tape.
