Its Giles Marini's world, we just live in it.

The sexy French actor/model, who wowed audiences in last summer's Sex And The City film, continued his impressive run on the ballroom floor, keeping pace with fellow front-runners Olympian Shawn Johnson and Bachelor beauty Melissa Rycroft as favorites to capture this season's crown.

The judges lavished the trio with high scores (all received unanimous nines) and higher praise: Bruno Tonioli described Johnson as a "beautiful bejeweled hummingbird," while Marini's samba prompted him to liken the actor to a "a throbbing red-hot poker." Hey, the guy doesn't mince words.

On the other side of the spectrum, the DWTS grim reaper looked to be tapping on the shoulders of gutsy Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, who suffered an injury during rehearsals. The computer mogul was panned by the panel, as Tonioli said his was the "worst samba" he had ever seen, while Carrie Anne Inba said Wozniak's "novelty stats to wear off." Even Wozniak conceded his own embarrassment, saying "I think we deserved less" to the paltry 10 points him and partner Karina Smirnoff were awarded for their efforts.
