Amy Winehouse says she didn't do it.
The troubled Rehab singer is accused of attacking Sherene Flash at high society ball held in London's Berkeley Square back in September of last year.
Police were called to the ball after Ms. Flash, a dancer, made the accusation against Winehouse, who had performed at the ball. When Winehouse appeared at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court this morning, she made the point of saying that her name is Amy Jade Civil (her married name) before pleading not guilty to the common assault charge.

And yes, still the diva, Winehouse was late to court, prompting her lawyer to apologize to the judge on her behalf.
Winehouse's father Mitch also attended the hearing, but it was Amy who stole the show wearing a form-fitting, brightly colored floral dress.
