If you do it'll cost you, which has the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences miffed. They're suing McMurry Inc. for selling tickets on its website for $175,000 each.

The Academy points out that buyers are unaware that the tickets are non-transferable and just having one doesn't guarantee admittance. Ticket holders would actually be trespassers.

In addition, the legal papers filed yesterday in Federal District Court are concerned about access for "celebrity stalkers and terrorists."

To be fair, the tickets include a 7-day stay in Los Angeles, extravagant hotel accommodations, a sightseeing trip, and a seat at the Oscars.

If nothing else, purchasers will get to see Hollywood.
