RadarOnline.com has obtained divorce documents from Debbie Matenopoulos and her estranged hubby, record exec, Jay Faires. Faires is now seeking spousal support.

The couple were married for less than five years when Jay filed for divorce in November 2008. Matenpoulos, famous for her ditzy days on The View, and host of the Daily 10 on E! is now engaged in a 'War of the Roses'. Her estranged husband says in court documents that Debbie makes $225k a year from her gigs at E!, and Jay makes $450k a year as president of music and publishing at Lions Gate Entertainment.

Faires states, "We have continuously lived beyond our means during the marriage, utilizing significant property that I owned to do so." Faires has moved out of the couples home, which he says Deb has refused to have an appraiser value, and he says that Debbie is now refusing to list the house for sale and she isn't being cooperative in getting the house refinanced to save Jay a few bucks. Jay wants her to pay the expenses for the house he believes could sell for $4.3 million, but which she refuses to sell for less than $8 million dollars.
