In a recent turn of events, Ashton Kutcher actually thanked his noise-polluting, homemaking neighbors, who're usually hammering before breakfast. The workers held off pounding until late morning.

And of course, silent partner Demi Moore caught the whole thing on tape!

Pumping out Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes", and wearing a Say Anything-esque trench coat, 30-year old Ashton stood on his infamous balcony holding a "Free Hugs" sign over his head. (You'd think stars could post higher quality videos...)
