Garner Needs Guarding

Expectant mother Jennifer Garner has obtained a parment court order to protect herself from fan Steven Burky.
"Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me," says Jennifer.
Under the permanent order, Burky -- who is reportedly under a 5150 psychiatric hold -- must stay at least 100 yards from Garner and those near and dear to her.
Garner says he's been sending her, "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country."
The harassment has been going on since 2002, but in the last year, "his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening."
"I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born."
Burky previously showed up at her house and alleged, "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."
Earlier this month, a judge had issued a temporary restraining order.
