Lawsuit: Charlize Theron No Longer Ticked

Yesterday we told you about her gig with Tom Cruise. Now, she's laid an old grievance to rest.
In February 2007, luxury watchmaker Raymond Weil sued the Oscar-winning actress for violating her 14 month contract by wearing a different brand of watch.
The contract's exclusivity clause essentially gave Weil advertising ownership of Theron's wrist, prohibiting the display of different watch brands in public.
In the end, Theron decided to settle with Weil less than a month after the U.S. District Court of New York ruled in favor of the watchmaker.
The settlement terms were not made public, but papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court indicate that the suit will be formally dropped.
