KNIFE FIGHT Colicchio, Batali (Photo: Getty Images) As season four of Top Chef gets cooking and his restaurant Craft heats up in Los Angeles, Tom Colicchio is faring well, surpassing Per Se's Thomas Keller and gaining on Joel Robuchon in Web traffic. In a text-message poll this week, Bravo viewers agreed that the animal Colicchio most resembled was a bear, perhaps explaining his popularity push. And, though competitors on Wednesday's show were excited to have Wylie Dufresne as a guest judge, the side-burned molecular gastronomist isn't generating much excitement on RadarOnline.com's Fame-O-Meter. Still, if this hunk of bearish man flesh Colicchio really wants to top the chef chart, he may have to don orange crocs and open a chain of airport pizzerias to compete with big boys Mario Batali and Wolfgang Puck.
