Cosby mystery settlement: Bill Cosby and Andrea Constand have reached a settlement in Constand's lawsuit that claims the actor drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2004. "Ms. Constand and Mr. Cosby have resolved their differences, and therefore the litigation has been dismissed," Cosby's flak told Reuters. Now he can go back to being a role model.
