Rudy Giuliani may have some trouble answering all those pesky questions about why his son, Andrew, isn't voting him Father of the Year. A source tells RadarOnline.com that clauses in the former mayor's divorce settlement with Donna Hanover forbid him from speaking about their children in the media.

If only the agreement worked both ways. "There's obviously a little problem that exists between me and his wife," estranged Andrew said of his pops in the New York Times this week, effectively throwing a wrench in his father's campaign. "And we're trying to figure that out. But as of right now it's not working as well as we would like."
