• "Michael Jackson killed my mother": The gloved one is being sued yet again—this time by the family of a woman who died two years ago when she was moved out of her hospital room to make way for an icky-feeling Jacko.
• Paging Dr. Gore: Oscar shoe-in Al Gore may be able to add another notch to his vegan leather belt (inventor of Internet, 2000 presidential election winner, supporter of lockboxes). The University of Minnesota is considering awarding him an honorary doctorate.
• Second Mardi Gras PK: New Orleanians celebrated Fat Tuesday for the second time post-Katrina with a dose of what the city needs to break out of its funk—some good old-fashioned boob-flashing.
