Obama Jumps the Gun

The Obama campaign is acting as if the Democratic candidate has already moved from his Windy City home to new digs: the White House.
According to the New York Times, the Obama campaign is making preparations for an Obama administration. Among them are compiling of resumes for staff positions, discussions regarding the locations of Senator Obama's first presidential press conferences, and even a draft of his inauguration speech.
One former Hillary Clinton worker complained, "Yeah, they believe in premature ejection of other candidates. But this is their m.o., like when he delivered his Berlin speech at the Brandenburg Gate, which had previously been used by actual presidents such as John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. And then there was the campaign's reinvention of the presidential seal, which Obama sat behind during a meeting with Democratic governors."
Then again, perhaps Obama is just doing what all good salesmen do: Assuming the sale.
