PRET-A-PATRIOT Cambell (Photo: Getty Images) When in Italy, Naomi Campbell is usually moored off of Portofino in a metallic maillot on Dolce and Gabbana's yacht. Not so next year, when she'll be jetting in for a part in a World War II epic.

Campbell just announced she has inked a deal with director Spike Lee to star in his forthcoming war flick The Miracle at St. Anna, about a black regiment serving in Tuscany. She tells British Vogue: "It involves subject matter that I'm really passionate about.... It's a subject that nobody has ever touched upon.
