READY FOR TAKEOFF Robinson, Fiennes
Possible career for all of those escorts whose careers are stalled by New York mag's ban on sex ads: British reality TV! From across the pond this morning comes that Lisa Robinson, the former call girl and stewardess who allegedly serviced actor Ralph Fiennes on a Quantas flight in January of this year, has just been cast in the UK series I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!
Though she was fired from Quantas after tales of her sex romp in an airplane bathroom, and subsequently, at the actor's hotel in Mumbai, things are looking up for the 39-year-old Robinson. An insider on I'm a Celebrity, which pits D-listers against one another in Survivor-esque tropical settings, said, "She has everything you need ... really, she's pretty, she's feisty, and she has bags of notoriety." (Hat tip: Before Fiennes, her bags were nowhere near as notorious.)
Rumour has it the sexy stew will join former Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren and a handful of soap tarts as they brave the elements (and the indignity of being deemed suitable) for the horrifically cheesy show.
