Lindsay Lohan's Rehab Rocker Romeo?

By the looks (and sound) of Lindsay Lohan's latest alleged fling, the pickins' in rehab were decidedly slim.

Tony Allen, the front man of Atlanta-based rock band Dead Stays Alive, had the good fortune of being stationed with Lohan at the Cirque facility (his wife was evidently less enthused). Allen, who resembles the Surreal Life-era C.C. Deville, has maintained that he and Lohan were just friends, explaining to Extra without a hint of irony, "She's a musician, so obviously that's some common ground we had" (the abysmal cover of The Cult's "Peace Dog" above would suggest otherwise.)

We're inclined to agree that even an emotionally vulnerable, drugged-up Lohan wouldn't sink this low: Judging from the available tracks on the band's MySpace page, Dead Stays Alive may possibly be the worst band in the world.
