Back in July, Las Vegas casino honcho Steve Wynn announced that he was suing Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis for allegedly "forgetting" to pay down an outstanding $2 million gambling debt from February 2007. Just like Francis allegedly "forgot" to pay $20 million in income tax from 2002 to 2003, and "forgot" that it was illegal to videotape underage naked teenagers in Florida! Francis struck back, announcing that he'd settled his debt, and, furthermore, that he planned on "exposing how exactly Mr. Wynn deceives his high-end customers." (Accept for the time being that Francis was referring to himself as "high-end.") Neither Francis nor his PR guru Ronn Torossian ever unveiled this details of Wynn's master plan of deception, but that hasn't stopped Wynn from filing a second suit (the .pdf can be found here), this one claiming that the mere fact that Francis implied that he was withholding information about the dubious nature of Wynn's business dealings has caused "shame, mortification, hurt feelings, and emotional distress" that can only be ameliorated with a payment of $10,000. Las Vegas casino moguls are a very sensitive breed! Francis has yet to respond.
