Bailout Deal Reached! Will Save Greenwich "Katrina Victims"!

According to CNN, "Lawmakers from both parties in House, Senate say they have bailout deal; will take it to Treasury Secretary Paulson." According to the WSJ, "Sen. Dodd says there is a 'fundamental agreement' on a financial-markets bailout plan. Congressional leaders say they plan to present it to the White House later today." The White House will promptly do very little. But! Just in time! According to idiot Connecticut politicians, "This is our Katrina"! SERIOUSLY, people, this is JUST LIKE the bodies of black people floating face down in flood waters for a week in a destroyed city while the government did nothing!
