Roger Clemens and the Magical Steroid Shipment

clemens_fresh.jpg
More evidence, should you need it, that former pitcher and one-time Hall of Fame candidate Roger Clemens lied to a grand jury about his steroid use: former Mets' clubhouse attendant and convicted drug pusher Kirk Radomski has told the Feds that he sent HGH samples to Clemens' home back in late 2002 or 2003. Oh, and he has the receipts to prove it!

The best part: The date of the shipment roughly coincides with when Clemens' wife, Debbie, used human growth hormone to tone up for a photo shoot she did with Roger in a Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. Clemens has already denied under oath that he had any prior knowledge that his wife was going to use HGH ... except the package was addressed to him. So either he's lying about that, or he's lying about his own use. Either way, you know, he's lying.
