• Carpetbagged: Disney has pulled Miley Cyrus from her first scheduled public appearance since her almost-topless photo scandal. Miley was supposed to walk the red carpet today for the "Disney Channel Games," but she's been benched. She'll still perform at the games Saturday.

• What's your mom's deal?: An affluent suburban Southern Californian mom has been arrested after escaping from prison 32 years ago. Susan Lefevre was first arrested in 1975 on charges of dealing heroin and cocaine; she served one year of a 10 to 20 year sentence before running.
