Sued Blogger Fires Back at Plaintiff Perez

A Florida based blogger still insists he wasn't lying when he said Perez Hilton pushed him to send him sex tapes in exchange for publicity.

In court documents filed in California appellate court on Wednesday, celebrity blogger Jonathan Lewandowski (aka Jonathan Jaxson) fired back at Perez (born Mario Lavandeira), who in an ironic twist sued Lewandowski recently for what he said were defamatory comments.

In February, Lewandowski told Page Six that Perez goaded him into sending sex tapes for plugs on his blog. Perez denied all of that in his lawsuit, but Lewandowski later told Radar that his computer still has the original chat transcripts between him and Perez. "He should take a lie detector test proving he never asked for jack-off videos from myself in exchange for some sort of celebrity bit to benefit my website or for counseling me on how to become the next porn star and make me famous," Lewandowski told us previously.

He was mum on the case today, declining comment himself. But Wednesday's filing amounts to him calling Perez a liar. In it, he also requests that the case be handled by federal court. Perez didn't immediately respond to IMs, so we'll have to wait and see if thing goes before a judge. Maybe we'll read a book in the meantime.
