The blogfather has now become the blog fodder, the defendant now the plaintiff. The Smoking Gun has the lawsuit Perez Hilton (real name: Mario Lavandeira) has filed against blogger Jonathan Jaxson (real name: Jonathan Lewandowski) and 25 other unnamed webwags.

Perez is claiming his reputation as a gossip grubbing dessert connoisseur with a possible PNP past has suffered a deep dent. In February, Lewandowski told Page Six that Perez (whom the Post itself has sued) tried to get him to send sex tapes in exchange for promoting his own gossip blog and helping with tips and advice. Lewandowski also claimed the pair had dated and had sex. Perez says no way to all that. He complains that he's "suffered loss of his reputation, shame, and mortification" and "mental anguish." No money is mentioned but Lavandeira is seeking punitive, general, and special damages, plus the reimbursement of his legal fees.

How ever will his rep recover?

Perez didn't respond to several messages seeking comment. But Lewandowski tells Radar his computer still contains the original chat transcripts between him and Perez and adds, "Instead of Perez spending time taking lie detector tests for Us Weekly to prove he kissed John Mayer ... he should take a lie detector test proving he never asked for jack-off videos from myself in exchange for some sort of celebrity bit to benefit my website or for counseling me on how to become the next porn star and make me famous."

Lewandowski insists he's doing fine on his own. His interview with Kim Kardashian airs on celebtv.com tomorrow, in fact (see!).

He adds, "I could have never hurt and diminished his rep in any way. He's done that by himself by drawing sperm and cocaine on others."
