Rather than discourage this sort of behavior, let's encourage it. Bring on the full-on paps vs. celebrity staff war! Beatings! Choke-outs! Camera-tossing! French-accented mancrying! Then when the thing just deteriorates into a giant, nonstop riot in the middle of the gold-paved Hollywood streets involving hired starmuscle and hired button pushers from celebrity photo agencies, the courts and lawmakers will have no choice but to outlaw celebrity stalking.
