GOOD BEHAVIOR? Francis
The good news: rapey Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has finally been let out of jail in Reno! The bad news: He still faces charges in Florida stemming from a 2003 incident in which he allegedly filmed underage girls topless in a seedy Panama City motel. In an e-mail sent to his friends and obtained by Radar Meatstick Joe writes:

"Today I posted my bond in Reno so that I can immediately return to Florida to face the charges against me. I will be released from jail in Reno in the next few hours. I want to thank you all for your help and support over the past 11 months of hell. I also want you all to know that in the same way you were there for me in my time of need, I will be there for you."

Now, last week a judge denied Francis' bail request, so we're not sure how he's out right now. (Details aren't yet available.) But we'll sleep well knowing that Joe will be there for us should we ever be accused of raping underage girls, assaulting female reporters, or smuggling narcotics into our jail cell. PS: Don't forget to pack your camera, Joe—Spring Break's here!
