President Bush Again Demonstrating His Keen Grasp Of Events
In a speech before the National Republican Committee last night, clock-watching president George W. Bush foresaw a "fabulous" 2008 in which Republicans will take back the House of Representatives and John McCain will be elected to succeed him as president. Bush also predicted "total victory in Iraq," a "robust, expanding economy" and "a new Michael Jackson record that's just as good as Thriller." [Examiner]
