Epstein Only Being Sued For $50 Million Now

HALF-OFF Jeffrey
Thus far, two anonymous girls have filed separate $50 million lawsuits via the same attorney accusing sexual abuse at the hands of alleged pervert billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. One of those two girls has now dropped her case because the financial windfall she stood to gain would have gone not to her, but to her outlaw daddy.

It seems the first "Jane Doe," as she is referred to in court papers filed on January 24, has withdrawn her case because her estranged father attempted to sue Epstein without actually getting her consent. (Doe sought a court order to prevent her father from going ahead with the case on January 29.) According to Tuesday's New York Post, the patriarch Doe is a convicted felon with a "zest to control potentially valuable litigation" against Epstein—litigation which Jane herself would like to control at a more appropriate juncture, like when she's 18 and can pursue the case on her own terms.

Epstein's lawyer Guy Lewis, a former U.S. Attorney, tells Radar that "the lawsuit was dismissed because the plaintiff had given a sworn tape-recorded statement to the police in which she finally confessed that she had told both Epstein and his staff that she was an adult and also told Epstein further lies to convince him of that fact." Which essentially means an underage girl lied to Epstein about being of age, proceeded to allegedly get sexually assaulted, and now wants to sue Epstein when she actually is of age. Which she will be this spring. Stay tuned till then!
