Predator on trial: A judge tossed a motion to dismiss the case of a woman suing NBC's To Catch A Predator and a local police force following her brother's suicide during one of the show's sting operations.

Gay doesn't always mean happy: A New York judge is allowing a lesbian couple, who were married in Canada, to divorce. It is unclear who will get the kids, the dog, or the alimony payments.
