Lutfi, whose LinkedIn profile lists him a USC-educated "Independent Media Production Professional" (no graduation date is given; calls to the school have not yet been returned), has essentially been a bloodsucking parasite from the moment he met Spears. According to a Nexis search, his name first appeared with Spears' in October 2007, when he is referred to by Life & Style as the Spears "buddy" who allegedly stole her diary and tried to sell it to the British tabloids for $2 million. He, of course, denied doing so.
It's all been downhill from there. Among Lynne Spears' claims in the six-page declaration, which mandates that Lutfi stay at least 250 yards away from Spears, the UCLA Medical Center, her parents' home, and her children's homes:
• Lutfi "disabled" all of Spears' cars to prevent her from leaving her house.
• During a fight, he called Spears an "unfit mother, a piece of trash, and a whore ... [who] does not deserve her kids."
• He controlled the paparazzi's access to Spears with the efficiency of a "general."
• Lutfi brought a car battery into Spears' kitchen to charge his cellphone because he had disposed of all of her chargers. He also disabled house phones by cutting the wires.
• He would grind up Spears' pills—sedatives Risperdal and Seroquel—and put them in her food to keep her quiet.
• Days before Spears was checked into the UCLA Medical Center, Lutfi gave her medication to make her "more light-hearted, happy, and fun" on a trip to a Rite Aid for lipstick—presumably for the benefit of the paparazzi.
• He insisted on leaving the Rite Aid with Spears through the main entrance in order to create photo ops for the paparazzi, despite the fact that the store manager had offered up a side exit.
• Lutfi told Lynne, "You'd better learn that I control everything. I control Howard Grossman, Britney's business manager. I control her attorneys and the security guards at the gate. They don't listen to Britney, they listen to me."
• He told Lynne, "If you try go get rid of me, [Spears] will be dead and I'll piss on her grave."
• Lutfi told Spears that she'd only be allowed to see her babies if she took "10 pills a day."
• Lutfi would hide Spears' dog, London, to make her cry, only to bring the dog out from hiding to "act like her savior."
About the only thing that can be said in Lutfi's favor is that he wasn't the one who made Spears get fake breasts as a teenager. But you can be sure that's only because he didn't know her at the time.
