THAT A GUN IN YOUR POCKET? LaPierre

National Rifle Association executive vice president Wayne LaPierre tells Newsweek in a Web exclusive just posted that Cho Seung-Hui, the Virginia Tech killer, "absolutely" should have been barred from buying a gun under current federal laws.

John Dingle, a Democrat from Michigan, on a bill that would require mental-health records to be included in an FBI database used for background checks of gun buyers, Newsweek reports.
