So it turns out we were right when we reported that Blender was planning on featuring onetime pop star Britney Spears on an upcoming cover. An image of the March 2008 cover has been released, and it does, in fact, feature Britney Spears' appropriately confused face plopped atop someone else's nubile body (that someone was allegedly paid $500 for services rendered.)

A note on the mag's cover cops to the fact that the image is a "composite photo," a curious disclosure in the magazine world. Then again, it's pretty obvious that Spears hasn't looked this good since she was 16, so it's not like they had much of a choice.
