As if we needed any more proof that being on American Idol can put someone on the road to ruin ...

Less than 2 weeks after she was sentenced to 12 months probation in Tampa on charges of battery and cocaine possession, 2005 American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra was arrested again, on charges of felony battery, cocaine possession, drunk & disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. (Wait. Jessica Sierra is her real name?)

Sierra was kickin' up a ruckus at the Full Moon Saloon in Ybor City, Florida, (where else) on December 1 when cops told her to leave. She refused and things went downhill from there. Sierra is being held in a Tampa-area jail without bail.

Sierra checked herself into rehab in California last summer and was participating in VH1's Celebrity Rehab, hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky. Sierra's fellow trainwrecks included porn star Mary Carey, Jeff Conaway, Andy Dick and others. Video clips from the show were briefly leaked to YouTube. One clip showed Conaway appearing to snort cocaine and another reportedly revealed Sierra singing a hymn to the porcelain gods.

The songbird seemed to be doing well. Sierra was just interviewed by a Tampa TV station on November 23, and she said, "I made some really bad actions and I am ready to take the consequences that are given but I am really ready for this to be over."

Looks like Sierra may have up to 11 years of "consequences" to take this time.
