Own the M. Night

M. PRESSIVE Shyamalan's personal Gladwyne, PA, village

As the Philadelphia Inquirer first reported, secretive filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan has put his humongous, though not very scary, Philadelphia house on the market for almost $8 million. The 22-room monster mansion has two office spaces, a fitness room, and a heated pool, spa, and 20-foot slate waterfall guaranteed to get the ladies in the water.

Shyamalan is reportedly moving from the paltry $8 million manse to a 123-acre former Rockefeller estate outside Philly, which he bought in 2005 for $17.9 million. He promptly pissed off blue-blood neighbors shortly thereafter by installing an eight-foot plastic fence around his latest property. (Presumably, it's Scrunt-proof.

I might be mistaken, but I do believe that is the house Rocky lost when he went bankrupt in Rocky IV ...

This is not the house that was featured in Rocky V (this house was built in 2000 so it would be impossible). But you are close in that the house in Rocky as well as M. Knight's house are both in Gladwyne. The house in Rocky V is located at 1077 Sentry Lane and is currently for sale for $4,799,000.
