Courtney Love is having a grunge sale, and everything of Kurt's must go. Love tells spinner.com, "I'm going to have a Christie's auction. [My house] is like a mausoleum." She adds, "My daughter doesn't need to inherit a giant ... bag full of flannel ... shirts. A sweater, a guitar, and the lyrics to '(Smells Like) Teen Spirit'—that's what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we'll just ... sell."

Love's blog puts it this way:

Miss Love has decided she needs to do a thorough house cleaning which includes selling various Kurt items. A portion of the proceeds will go to charity. Love says it's also because she needs to move on: "I still wear his pajamas to bed," she says. "How am I ever going to go form another relationship in my lifetime wearing Kurt's pajamas?"

Plus, liposuction is expensive.
