< BACK TO Fresh Intelligence Holiday Stars Work Overtime![]() PARTY CAM Diaz Black was nowhere to be seen, nor were Sam Mendes (Winslet's husband, whose play, The Vertical Hour, opens today in New York), Justin Timberlake (Diaz's longtime paramour), or Sienna Miller (Law's on-again, off-again squeeze). Law arrived with a wingman, however, in the person of bodyguard Perry Taylor, best known as the "manny" who once cared for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's offspring (Taylor has been guarding Law since earlier this fall). Ever the Naval Academy gentleman, Taylor actually blushed when asked about the breakup of his fomer employers, only hazarding to say, "They are both great people." Um, right. Following the party, Diaz led an assault on trigger-happy narc den Bungalow 8. The visit capped a busy day for the newly-brunette star, who spent lunchtime schmoozing up a passel of TV news divas at Michael's, the media-beloved expense-account eatery on West 55th Street. Barbara Walters, Diane Sawyer, Joy Behar, Lesley Stahl, Robin Roberts, Campbell Brown, and Oprah-buddy Gayle King were among those who munched $30 Cobb salads and tried to pretend everyone else in the room wasn't staring at them. (Winslet was also supposed to be present for the lunch, according to Michael's manager Steve Millington, but never showed.)
