Prison Panic! Teresa Giudice Blindsided After Judge Reopens Case

Teresa Giudice just got out of prison after serving almost a year of time for committing fraud in 2014, but her nightmare isn't over yet !
RadarOnline.com has learned the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is fighting a judge's decision Tuesday to reopen her bankruptcy case — even though she has made good on most of creditors' claims against her.
"Satisfied means paid in full in my book," Meisel blasted. "There may have been a satisfaction of a number of creditors ... but the fact remains that creditors still exist."
The Giudices, both 44, currently owe money to the IRS and an infertility clinic.
Giudice is currently suing her former bankruptcy lawyer James Kridel, and U.S. Bankruptchy Court Judge Stacey L. Meisel's May 24 decision could put Giudice in another financial bind since it would mean some creditors could possibly collect any of the proceeds she won in that case.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Giudice and her husband, Joe, who is currently serving out a 41-month sentence for conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and bankruptcy fraud in the Federal Correction Institute in Fort Dix, New Jersey, were busted for fraudulently applying for $5 million in construction loans and mortgages.
