Report: 'Teen Mom: OG' Star Ryan Edwards Has Checked Into Rehab

Teen Mom: OG star Ryan Edwards has checked into rehab, multiple sources have confirmed to E! News.

According to E!, the sources said that Edwards has been in rehab for two weeks and that he's "doing well."

Edwards' reported rehab stint comes days after shocking abuse allegations were made about him on this week's episode of the MTV reality show.

And it shouldn't be a surprise to RadarOnline.com readers, as we reported last month his fiancée Mackenzie Standifer's father exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that they were holding an intervention for the fallen Teen Mom OG star.

"We'll get together and talk about it," Bob Standifer Jr. told RadarOnline.com at the time. "Mackenzie and Ryan are adults. I won't talk without them present. Anything that we talk about, we're all going to sit down together."

As RadarOnline.com has exclusively reported, Edwards' fiancée Mackenzie recently suffered a loss in her custody case against her ex-husband.  Standifer's custody setback, revealed in court papers, occurred after Maci Bookout exposed her baby daddy Edwards' substance abuse issues on Teen Mom OG.

Edwards moved on from his days with ex Bookout, who is now married to Taylor McKinney. Edwards, who asked Standifer to marry him in 2016, is the father of Bookout's son, Bentley and their co-parenting has been a train wreck.

Bookout broke down about her ex's issues with substances while on a trip to Puerto Rico to celebrate co-star Catelynn Lowell's 25th birthday with the show's other stars.

When Lowell asked how Edwards was doing, Amber Portwood chimed in, "Ryan's f--ked up. I watch it, I see it, I know it. Where he's at right now, when I see him, I know where he's at and I'm like, 'Wow, he needs some guidance.'"

Bookout said that she's "talked to Ryan about going to a treatment center" and that her ex "would do it." However, she claimed that "it's everyone else around him that is too afraid to admit it."

On the show, Bookout cried, "What I'm saying is that everyone else around him is too afraid of what it will look like more than his health…it's all denial. They all know."

"He deserves to love himself," said Bookout on camera.

Edwards has not commented about the substance abuse issues.
