Stephanie Seymour is expected to enter a program for alcohol treatment following her shocking arrest in Greenwich, Conn. on January 18.

While Seymour declined to comment on the matter, her attorney, Phillip Russell, said she expected to enter an "accelerated alcohol education program."

"This is an ordinary first-offender drunk driving case where our experience is that most first offenders do not drive drunk again," Russell said on her behalf. "Ms. Seymour has been appropriate throughout this whole process and is behaving like a first offender."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the famous '90s supermodel was arrested for a DUI after allegedly going the wrong way at a stop sign in Greenwich, backing up into another vehicle.

The 47-year-old was taken into custody shortly after she refused to take a field sobriety test, authorities said.

According to police documents, the actress and model, married to businessman Peter Brant, 68, also "smelled like booze" and was unsteady on her feet after she exited her 2015 Range Rover.

This isn't her first run-in with accusations relating to alcohol, however.

As RadarOnline.com uncovered in 2010, during an almost divorce battle (they later called it off), husband Brant claimed Seymour had been abusing drugs and alcohol. Both were forced to undergo drug testing.

Then in 2014, Seymour's then 20-year-old son Peter Brant Jr. was busted in New York for marijuana possession.
