When Scott Disick split with his longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, his first order of business was to party around the world with a slew of different women. But now, as he sits in rehab for substance abuse, he has begun to reflect on his mistakes, and has sent a sad love letter home to his baby mama!

As part of his therapy, Disick is writing from rehab to people he's hurt --- and he's taking this opportunity to mount his campaign to win her back. “Kourtney cried her heart out when she read the letter," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "It had everything in it that she needed to hear and it really came from his heart."

As RadarOnline.com has reported, Disick's party-boy ways have taken their toll on stressed-out Kardashian. But as she continues to care for their three children while he's away, he wants her to know that he appreciates her. "He talked about how patient she’s been, how he’s hurt her and knows he doesn’t remember half of it, and how that also hurts, how the only time he’s ever been happy has been with her and the kids, how much he loves her and wants to marry her," the source revealed.

Now, after Disick's heartfelt words, insiders say that there may be hope for the former couple to rekindle their flame. "It’s going to be very hard for her to resist taking him back when he comes out, especially with all the love-in going on with Khloe and Lamar right now, but Kourtney’s vowed it will only happen after he’s proven he’s really fixed his ways."

Indeed, in the surest sign his campaign might work out, Kardashian was just spotted visiting his treament center, as RadarOnline.com reported.
