Scott Disick Wishes Ex Kourtney Kardashian Happy Birthday With Steamy Throwback Pic

Scott Disick loves Kourtney Kardashian — and he doesn't care who knows it!
The 32-year-old took to Instagram on Monday to wish his baby mama a happy birthday, posting a throwback photo of the pair kissing during their years-long romance.
"Happy birthday @kourtneykardash everyone who knows you loves you so much," he captioned a snap of the former couple kissing, taken back in 2009.
But don't get excited just yet! After Kourtney finally joined the Snapchat ranks in March, the reality star made sure to clarify her friendly relationship with Disick to followers.
"By the way everyone relax, people that have three kids together spend time together," the 37-year-old said in one clip featuring her baby daddy.
Meanwhile, an insider revealed to RadarOnline.com that Kourtney's booty calls with Justin Bieber are still going strong!
"Justin's learned to keep his mouth shut, because Kourtney made it clear she needs this to be discreet for the sake of her kids as well as the complicated situation that's going on with Scott," the source revealed.
