Last week, Scott Disick kicked off an international booze and drug bender after Kourtney Kardashian threw him out of their Calabasas home. But what should have been rock bottom for the troubled star was only the beginning of a dark descent into addiction that's left him broken and incoherent. Now, RadarOnline.com has learned, his friends are trying to commit him to a hospital!

The 32-year-old father of Kardashian's kids Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and six-month old Reign, "is such a mess right now," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Scott can barely even complete a sentence right now," the insider said. "They have tried getting him committed to a hospital because it is just that bad, but they were told the only way to do that is to have him 5150'd, which requires the help of a parent."

As fans of KUWTK know, Disick lost both of his parents last year within a few months of each other, which is when his partying seemed to really take off.

As RadarOnline.com has reported, the drug-addicted and alcoholic reality star has been in and out of treatment several times over the past few years, but his partying has gotten progressively worse over the past year following his hospitalization from alcohol poisoning while filming Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons last summer.

Meanwhile, Kardashian has not had contact with Disick since the July 4 holiday, the source said, but she has talked to mutual friends in the hopes of getting him help -- to no avail.
