Naked photos of children, mysterious video tapes and more disturbing evidence was uncovered by Santa Barbara police at Michael Jackson’s home in 2003. But to this day, Jackson’s supporters insist that there was a perfect explanation for all of the creepy material. His own former attorney, Brian Oxman, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview just why he collected the creepy material.

As Radar reported, the raid on the “Thriller” singer’s home in November 2003, yielded scores of pornographic pictures, tapes and videos that prosecutors believe showed that he was engaging in child molestation. (Jackson was later cleared of the charges.)

Brian Oxman, who was part of the team that represented Jackson during the trial took Radar through some of the specific evidence to refute the prosecutor’s claims.

For example, one private investigator with direct knowledge of the raids told Radar, “The detectives’ report cites Michael even used sexy photos of his own nephews, who were in the band 3T, in their underwear to excite young boys.”

But Oxman said the photos were art, just like Kim Kardashian‘s nude shoots!

“Terrell is standing naked with a shirt in front of him. It is reminiscent of Kim Kardashian on the cover of GQ magazine,” Oxman said. “He had the photo done for an album cover. There were 50 people there at that photo shoot. If they had looked closer they would have known that.”

Another controversial trove of evidence consisted pornographic magazines like Hustler and Penthouse. But Oxman told Radar that he saw Larry Flynt in Beverly Hills after the raid, and the famous pornographer provided him with copies of the exact magazines that were seized.

One issue “had LaToya Jackson with a snake inside. That’s why Michael had it, as a collector’s item for his sister,” Oxman claimed. “Not for porn.”

As for disturbing nudist magazines from the 1920s and 1930s uncovered by cops, Oxman told Radar that Jackson paid $320,00 for the pieces as an historic investment.

“Michael was not grooming children for molestation,” Oxman insisted. “He didn’t use porn to desensitize children. He was a collector of many many things. His library had over one million books in it and many of those books are in the Santa Barbara public library.”

Oxman also defended the specific book that the prosecutors claim had photos of naked boys.

“This was a book about the making of the Lord of the Flies. Michael bought the book because he was doing a movie about the Thriller tour,” Oxman claimed. “The Making of Thriller. That is why he had the book. And everyone knows what the Lord of the Flies is about.”

Despite the evidence, a jury found Jackson not guilty of the child molestation charges in 2005.

“Michael had so many things,” Oxman explained. “This case was trumped up. The cops knew there was nothing illegal there. They knew it.”
