Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are closer than ever following his 5150 and subsequent hospitalization, but RadarOnline.com has learned her mother Kris Jenner has been begging her for months to cut her losses and dump him before it's too late.

According to an insider, the rapper's erratic behavior and out-of-control spending were a huge red flag for Jenner months before the meltdown.

"Kris has told Kim to abandon that sinking ship named Kanye due to his careless financial habits and embarrassing antics," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Though once close to her son-in-law, "Kris says Kanye is on a bad path right now and she fears that since he has no money smarts he's going to bankrupt Kim."

As RadarOnline.com reported, 39-year-old West's fortunes suffered a major blow after he abruptly pulled the plug on over 20 Saint Pablo Tour dates as the result of a bizarre meltdown, which seems to have been months in the works.

"He was crazy and delusional," a source told RadarOnline.com after the disturbing Nov. 21 medical emergency. "He is having hallucinations, and is paranoid."

West, who hadn't slept in days, was "screaming" that people were trying to kill him, said the insider.

That troubling news now has momager Jenner, 61, on edge and on alert.

"From dumping millions of dollars of furniture to storming off stage and promising fans they'd get their money back, he's turning into a very expensive nightmare," said the insider. Now that he's out of the hospital, sources told RadarOnline.com the couple will shell out for round-the-clock care.

Said the source, "Kris predicts financial ruin for Kim if she stays with him."
