It's time for Jamie Foxx to step up or step off! RadarOnline.com has learned that Foxx, 48, is on the brink of losing galpal Katie Holmes for good if he doesn't agree to go public with their love.
"Katie has grown weary of playing hide-and-seek with their relationship," said a close friend of the actress.
"After several years skulking about with him on the down low," she desperately wants to show off her man, said the insider.

Sources said Holmes, 37, is playing it cool with Foxx, who's fearful that going public could anger Holmes's ex Tom Cruise, as the Mission: Impossible star wields plenty of power in Hollywood.
Holmes also has her hands full with her film work, including her directorial debut, All We Had, which was released last month.
