Kaley Cuoco isn't shy about showing off her new man! The actress cozied up to rumored boyfriend, Karl Cook, at a local farmer's market over the weekend.

The Big Bang Theory star posted a photo featuring the pair to Instagram, captioning it: "Blondes do have more fun :) #sundaze."

Though they haven't officially announced their relationship, it's safe to say the pair has been spending ample time together in recent weeks.

But who is Karl Cook anyway? RadarOnline.com can confirm that the 25-year-old, from Woodside, Calif., is the son of billionaire businessman and co-founder of Intuit software, Scott Cook — and an accomplished equestrian!

Though Cuoco, 30, remains positive following her split from ex-husband Ryan Sweeting last year, the actress may be facing some financial turmoil in the near future.

After filing for divorce from her tennis pro hubby in September citing irreconcilable differences, her bank account reportedly took a serious hit.

According to Us Weekly, Sweeting sought spousal support, which — according to their prenup — he is entitled to. Court documents obtained by the publication also state that the 28-year-old hopes to terminate the court's power to grant spousal support to his estranged wife.

Of course, this isn't her first rodeo. Before Sweeting, Cuoco was linked to Big Bang costar Johnny Galecki and Superman hunk Henry Cavill.
